Large diameter 12 meters LSAW steel pipe/Longitudinally Submerged Arc Welding LSAW steel pipe
LSAW pipe, also known as longitudinal submerged arc-welding pipe, or LSAW pipe. The basic material is steel plate, which is molded using a molding machine before being subjected to double-sided submerged arc welding.
Process for producing JCOE LSAW pipes:
Developing: The steel plate is stamped on the JCO forming machine in many processes. The first half is formed into a "J" shape, the second half is formed into a "J" to produce a "C" shape, and the steel plate is then pressured from the middle to form A blank for an open "O"-shaped tube is created.
Outside diameter : 16mm-2000mm (0.62''-78.7'')
Wall tickness: 0.7mm-26mm (0.02''-1.02'')
Length: 5.8-12.2m
